What does the company do well?
Does it all simply with the use of templates and, if he ever has a problem, he just has control of his computer and corrects without asking questions. Handles all your shipping needs. Excellent support, excellent product, literally, you can make it do what you want it to do.
What does the company not do well?
Honestly, I do not have many complaints about the software. One of the characteristics that used to have that we miss is the possibility of selecting a lot of orders and the amount of dollars would be shown at the bottom.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
That with this platform I would have the ability to create custom templates and then automate actions to send emails to customers with tracking information and status of orders, etc.
