What does the company do well?
Interface is nice and clean - integrates with Xero and has mobile app.
What does the company not do well?
The integration with Xero seems to lack some customer payment options. Invoices work well in Xero but not as well in WorkFlow Max integration. Our work around is to create our invoices in Xero which is redundant.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
Proper training when setting up - because once you start it seems to become very difficult to try and correct and update!
