What does the company do well? Livechat is the most intuitive technical support solution I've tried. It has a reliable support team for companies and organizations that use it. I like how I can respond to the tickets opened by our customers by simply responding to the email notification sent by Livechat against logging into the Livechat interface itself.
What does the company not do well? Inability to respond to entries through the mobile application. At this time, the Livechat smartphone app. It is only used to chat with web visitors. There is no way to transfer chats, or even use the canned response function through the Livechat application.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? It would have been even more useful if another page were generated each time a call appears so that they do not go unnoticed. The mobile application needs to be improved a little more. It does not show justice to the desktop version.
