What does the company do well?
The simplicity of the tool. It was easy to get used to. Adding bulk SKUs is also easy, and the newest update allows for suggested parts to be added. It is an up to date tool, that is constantly working on improvements.
What does the company not do well?
When creating a quote, there are a lot of steps that you have to take. Sometimes it takes awhile to get to where you want to be in order to send the quote, especially if you are on the phone with a customer looking to talk about the quote or a customer who has a specific question about the quote. I often find myself saying, "can you hold on while the quote loads", or "one second I have to get to the right screen and open the quote".
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I knew all.
