What does the company do well?
Dynamic CRM has been part of our core applications for some time it fits with our other applications. As it runs on Azure it means we can allow interactions with the CRM and maintain high compliance.
What does the company not do well?
We have been working with Dynamics before moving to the cloud 365 suite. This allowed us more freedom with developing connections with our in-house applications. We have since purchased SharePoint 2013 to maintain compatibly and act as a broker. This has worked out well in the long run although took us some time to adapt to new workflows.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
Nothing much.
