What does the company do well?
This system is very efficient, you are able to live search inventory, take and check in purchase orders, the pos is very fast and efficient which smart reads cards. Purchases were very quick to check out. Learning how to use this system was fairly simple. Being able to see reports quickly and compare our current days sales to those in the previous years was very helpful in our ability to reach sales goals.
What does the company not do well?
When the system would hit peak operating hours it was not unlikely for the system to shut down completely and not be able to process sales. Customer service was fairly helpful though it often times did not fix the problem for some time, at which point the store could not function and we had to only take cash sales which we processed on paper and a calculator.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
