What does the company do well? All modern CRMs fundamentally provide the same functionality, however, Dynamics is an absolute standout as it works within Outlook. I utilise it everyday as a Dynamics consultant and know that like most sales people we are resistant of doing anything that requires additional effort! Its nice that sales people do not have to choose to use a different system to manage activities; they just keep using Outlook email and calendar, Dynamics manages it all for you
What does the company not do well? Dynamics 365 is a huge platform solution and there are many ways to implement and some features are just not intuitive such as enabling the Outlook connection. The form editor is not very user-friendly compared to other systems and dashboards although visually appealing are not very useful for field salespeople. These and other reasons are why I began AusDynamics365.com.au specifically for field sales as there needed to be a stripped back and specific offering for field sales with a rapid start - out of the box configuration.
