What does the company do well?
Continually evolving and including new features based on good development and user feedback. Interaction with the product team is extremely valuable. What do you dislike? predictive scheduling (e.g. Best time to Tweet for an account) could be better.
What does the company not do well?
If you're not sure, try it out. Not only will you find new ways to do what you're already doing with more expensive systems, but the eClincher team will go out of their way to make sure you can do what you need to do AND answer your questoins, both now and going forward
