What does the company do well? I like how organized CRM can help you be. I can organize all of my clients into different categories and access them quickly. I can also organize by last date spoken to, this helps keep track of when I am speaking to who and how frequent.
What does the company not do well? I do not like how CRM looks, it is not very user friendly and it takes a while to learn. It also can be frustrating that you cannot delete groups. Once you have made a group it is there forever. I have groups from years ago that I wish I could delete.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? That it's hard to learn.
