What does the company do well?
It's simple to use, contains a ton of information, and it's scalable.
What does the company not do well?
At times, it's a jumbled mess. I find myself continually having trouble finding information. It's possible it's because we're on an older version, but a lot of times, trying to find something simple (i.e. an account #), is very difficult.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I wish the product was more intuitive. As a company, they're fine. The product, though? Bleh.
