What does the company do well?
Customer service is very good. Quick turn around of projects, knowledgeable staff
What does the company not do well?
We have had 6 different account managers in the past 2 years, which has not helped continuity.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
We used I-Contact for a number of years, before moving to a different company about 5 years ago. This was a mistake and after 2 years we quickly moved back to I-contact, which has much better customer service and offers actually those tools we need.
