What does the company do well?
At the end of the day we're able to easily create survey templates to collect the data we need. We use surveys for industry benchmark data that we turn into infographics, internal employee surveys, and customer case studies and testimonials. It's easier to collect this kind of long-form data through SurveyMonkey.
What does the company not do well?
I've found that adding logic to surveys and specific questions isn't as easy as I would like it to be. I had to reach out to support for assistance and while we could make it work for our needs, I still wouldn't be able to get the level of question logic that I could get with something like Formstack.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I'd wish we known more about the design/branding and logic restraints beforehand. We had to upgrade our plan to get the features that we really needed.
