What does the company do well?
The organization of all data by property or resident, the availability of reports of all recorded data to easily see the occupation and income, the boardroom is an easy-to-follow summary of all the necessary elements for a quick view
What does the company not do well?
Difficulty for the help desk to do anything according to the conversion experience with previous balances. If you need a modified report, it is a week or more of a project.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
In general, ResMan has allowed us to empower our people to have a greater degree of ownership over the operation of our properties. Our initial implementation and transition to ResMan was much smoother than most software changes.
