What does the company do well?
Workamajig is easy to set up, easy to use and easy to train new employees. You can start using everything or use different applications. The training staff is excellent at answering questions, and they are very useful to configure and guide you through various changes as your business changes and grows.
What does the company not do well?
It is not intuitive. The ease of use of the products has improved with the most recent version, Platinum, but it is still not as intuitive as most of the main programs. Users and / or product managers need a fairly specific knowledge of the software to get the most out of it.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I do not think older generations have an easy time to learn the program and then cause understanding problems within our company. Basically, unless they are geniuses of technology, I do not believe that this is a program that can be inserted into a company without gaps of knowledge and / or understanding.
