What does the company do well? The software is very easy to use and well established. Any problem with the software in my experience has been resolved within 24 hours. The people on the team are excellent and are always available to help with any problem, big or small. I would really recommend this software to anyone.
What does the company not do well? When the product was new, there were some problems with staff training to use it. As the product developed, it was easier for our technicians to navigate. Apart from the initial training, we have not had any problems.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? In a former employer, we used a similar work order system that had half the characteristics of UpKeep and twice the cost. I was surprised to find out how much we got for so little.
