What does the company do well?
The customer service representatives are helpful and polite, which is so remarkable nowadays. They know what they are talking about and I understand their explanations; They speak clearly and in good English, especially with accounting questions, since accounting is so confusing. I like the ease of use of the program; I adjusted quickly to it. I rarely need to call customer service, since I can resolve things on my own 90% of the time.
What does the company not do well?
There is a learning curve to discover how to use the software effectively. Also, there are some things you can not do without a solution from an accounting point of view. The software has failed our company in the accounting module, the maintenance module, etc.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
For their credit, the representatives are patient and understanding of the weaknesses of the system that often share the same frustration. Saves time and allows better communication with tenants.
