What does the company do well? This system is so easy to use and very intuitive. They have wonderful customer service representatives who will help you with any issues you may come across, and if you don't know how to do something, it is usually pretty easy to figure out.
What does the company not do well? There are a few things that I still am unsure of how to do with a system this large. They are continually putting out new versions with new things, but sometimes that messes up my flow when there is something new that I haven't seen before.
