What does the company do well?
I use SalesLoft every single day as an SDR. The way that you are able to create "cadences" to organize and schedule your outreach is very easy to use and convenient. I honestly don't know what our sales organization would do without it. You are able to easily plan emails, phone calls and social outreach through one simple platform. All of your outreach is automatically added into Salesforce to keep track of activities on each account.
What does the company not do well?
The only complaint that I have about SalesLoft is the dialer. When calling through the platform (your computer) the dialer frequently freezes or reads the wrong numbers being imputed, making name directories and extensions very difficult.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I wish I had known how easy it was to sync the prospect's LinkedIn, Twitter and other social profiles. This feature really does make social outreach simple. Saving the time of finding their social pages each time you want to reach out to them is huge!
