What does the company do well? UberFlip provides exceptional support with their A-List learning and rewards center along with a dedicated Customer Success Team member that provides weekly meetings and reporting to ensure your Hub is optimized and running well. The platform itself does a wonderful job of organizing content into useful persona, topic or industry journies for customers to follow. With well planned CTAs and gated content, this can be a lead gen source and a way to show off content all in one. Finally, it is also a great sales enablement tool with tile insertion into emails for sales reps.
What does the company not do well? There are some things lacking from the platform's functionality that could be improved, such as allowing changes at the item level across streams like universal gating, as well as more clearly defined index vs non-index options. Would also like to see an easier metrics interface and regular reporting straight on the UberFlip homepage that shows highest performing content, highest performing streams, and actions I can take to make my Hub better immediately. Also, they need to come up with better ways to use On Brand hours (custom Hub design hours) so that it is not just left up to the customer to dream up cool ways to design the Hub. Things like "X option to increase engagement rates" or "X designs to convert more flipbooks."
