What does the company do well?
This software was a bit of a learning curve but now that we're using it regularly I can't imagine our business without it. We coordinate several emails a week that must go out to a variety of both employees and customers. I love the tagging system -- it allows me to create "sub-groups" so that I can easily isolate smaller groups of individuals without arduously adding them one-by-one.
What does the company not do well?
I would like for it to be a little more "foolproof" for our less tech-savvy individuals. I also don't like the "clunkiness" of trying to create emails that are based on a template. The title and user then have to be changed again.
