What does the company do well?
They make it easy to follow up with my prospects quick so I can spend more time on personalization. I'm also held accountable for taking a multi step approach where I'm reminded to make phone calls and make a social media touch or send a gift. The rocket toolbar help me do this even faster. Plus since we use LeadIQ to get all of our contacts into Cadences, our workflow is on fire!
What does the company not do well?
It's buggy from time to time. Sometime when I finish writing an email to a prospect and click send it doesn't move to the next one. They usually take care of things right away if you talk with support tho.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
We took too long to get their dialer! It's so helpful for us to put people in a call block using LeadIQ. We were lacking on making calls before.
