What does the company do well?
If you've ever used salesforce before when working at a large enterprise, and now you're running your own smaller operation, Pipedrive is what you are looking for. I don't say that to mean it looks the same, I mean that if youv'e used an advanced CRM and pipeline management software like Salesforce before, Pipedrive will feel very natural right away. I love tracking dealflow with it, plus it plugs into Google Chrome/Gmail.
What does the company not do well?
I noticed when I create a followup task in Pipedrive that sends to my calendar, there isn't a way on the calendar to mark the task as complete.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
Nothing have noticed...
