What does the company do well?
This software has features such as its intuitive way of working, a fast acting customer service and the ability to integrate other programs fluidly that fits our needs very well.
What does the company not do well?
Not only we but also our employees disagree in sending e-mails because they are very basic since there are not enough options to personalize.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
Although we do not like that we can not customize the e-mails to our liking and that is something that we would have liked to know before, we are not dissatisfied with this software.
