What does the company do well? The interface is easy to use and it offers a powerful set of features for newsletter and subscribers management that is based on tags.
What does the company not do well? I think the rules and automations part can be a tad easier to manage. Especially if best practices templates were available there (or easy to import/export)
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? How to use the rules and the subscriptions options better... I made a bit of a mess out of it and I am reluctant to do the "work" to fix it :-)
