What does the company do well? I love being so easy to use, Woopra allows me to track individual users and their history. I like that the data can be analyzed both from the web and from the mobile.
What does the company not do well? The control panel could improve and be more intuitive. Chatting with users online can be cumbersome and difficult to manage, the mobile application needs to be updated.
