What does the company do well? Has a friendly and friendly customer service. I like the fact that they accept the criticism in a constructive way to improve and develop their software better thus being more competitive. I also like that they help you when you set up the books in their initial stage.
What does the company not do well? I would like that when creating charges I could choose directly from the chart of accounts and not from the categories of transactions. Its learning curve is very long.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? We love the customer's format because we can collect and share information with customers through it. In comparison to other accounting software that I have used, I recommend ResMan.
