What does the company do well? Your customer support is very satisfactory, every time I have a question about the product, they answer me quickly and do whatever is necessary to solve my problem. Its design is soft and easy to use.
What does the company not do well? It's a bit expensive. I would like you to integrate new features. Sometimes it is difficult to add employees AND administer them if they are working remotely, since human resources information must be collected.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? We pay with Spendesk almost all of our invoices. It is really easy to use and it provides us with a high level of security for our purchases. Your support team has been very reactive with us. Really very good experience of using Spendesk.
