What does the company do well? The software is easy to use and very easy to configure and use. The interface is very intuitive considering the available features. The support is exceptional, from the support of instant chat 24 hours to online videos, manuals and tours.
What does the company not do well? I found that forecast reports in recent versions depend on the user's learning ability, an important factor in detecting problems within the budget of the reporting budget and revenue.
