What does the company do well?
Excellent support, excellent product, literally, you can make it do what you want it to do. The shipping software is very easy to use and integrate with the store. And if you ever need help or support, your technical support team is the best!
What does the company not do well?
Initially it was a bit difficult to navigate through the settings and change the preferences. Apart from that I have no other disadvantages because the program has worked wonders with my company and very rarely I have failures with this.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I love software, but the support is absolutely incredible. I'm the kind of person who usually solves things on my own, but ShipWorks is so useful that I really like to talk to them. They always give suggestions on how to make my shipment even better so I can save more money. I could not be more satisfied.
