What does the company do well? Staff have found Stratustime very easy to use. They also allowed us to do some customization to better fit our business needs. It also allows us to record time to different projects codes. They also do projected leave balances very well. It's helpful for our staff to be able to see how much leave they will have a few months from now.
What does the company not do well? The employee screen to log your time in looks childish and not very professional. It can also be difficult for staff to fix errors that were created in their timesheets, sometimes forcing the admins to delete the enter day and start over.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? I would like to have known that they don't have a mobile app. They have a mobile enabled website but that's not the same as an app. I also would have liked quick training videos instead of a long recording of the support staff training us. Overall, it's a good tool for the price but I would love to see a mobile app.
