What does the company do well? I like more the stored templates and the price catalog. It helps to store the prices of each item so that it is consistent with the prices and is accurate. We reuse the templates a lot and it's good not to have to add the contact information for each appointment.
What does the company not do well? The software can be slow at times. Sometimes there are long pauses between moving an item or table and inserting a new item, table or page break. Nor is it always easy to select an object; my cursor sometimes selects the wrong element. Double-clicking on an item to edit it can also be slow.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? The fact that you can not use "blocks or other functions if you are not in premium accounts." Some functionalities seem to be crucial for software that works well, but only accessible in premium.
