What does the company do well? Although this software does not have the same features and functionalities that I have known using Salesforce, it offers fantastic value for money. I estimate that I am saving more than 60% on my annual CRM budget by using FreshSales instead of Salesforce.
What does the company not do well? Report formats are quite rigid. I can not customize the order in which the fields are presented. That was a simple thing in Salesforce ... drag the columns to place them in the order you wanted. I can not do that in FreshSales. Maybe they'll fix it soon.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? The ease of use is the biggest pro for me. I have used many other sales tools, but Freshsales is the easiest tool to use and easy to track. The view of the control panel where you can see your channeling and the stages of the offers is the best.
