What does the company do well?
I love how easy it is to configure and use the software. It is easy for people to schedule appointments and it is extremely useful to keep things organized and running smoothly. The professional schedule is good for my clients.
What does the company not do well?
I would like to be able to schedule group class registrations from vCita, and fortunately they are working on that now! So, soon I will be able to have class records online, and that will save me a lot of time, therefore, I have no complaint about the program.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
A lot of programming capacity, for prospects and clients. However, you need more. It would be great to track the entire movement of a customer in the CRM, make phone calls, create and track tickets from the help desk, etc. Or, something close. But it is a good planner. Possibly the best there is.
