What does the company do well? Zoho has helped me organize and track my applicants. Previously, I had to check out and review the resumes, create an applicants spreadsheet, when is their interview, at what level of interview they are, whether they have been called or sent by email.
What does the company not do well? There were 2 main problems I had when using Zoho Recruit. The first was the field boundary in the application forms. I can understand how 30 can sound like a reasonable amount. But with the dependence on customizing applications to business needs and with that limit of 30 fields, it can generate problems quite quickly. The support side is not the best.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? After spending more money on another applicant tracking system (ATS), I regret not having used Zoho before. Zoho Recruit has an excellent curriculum analysis system and is easier to administer than other more expensive ATS systems.
