What does the company do well? It has an excellent and simple user interface and navigation system, offers the best employee registration system, allows to create separate payments by contractors, offers a solid and complete reporting option.
What does the company not do well? Nothing. Honestly, I can not think of anything negative. The only initial drawback was not being able to pay the owners through the system, but Gusto took care of this without us even asking.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? They do not provide support on weekends, they only allow two payments previously established per month, very weak in the user's meeting with very few options
