What does the company do well? I like the functionality of Clio, it is easy to use and offers excellent customer service for those times when I am not familiar with the use of a specific function. It has optimized our workflow in our office to ensure better use of time and retention of documentation.
What does the company not do well? There is nothing that I do not like. I think the user has to commit to continuous learning because there is so much available. The best way to do it is to spend the first 10 minutes of each day learning something new.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? The least known element of Clio should be synchronization with Outlook. I think the link is currently broken and under repair, but it seems to be a continuing problem with Clio.
