What does the company do well?
MailChimp makes it easy for us to create lists and campaigns and send targeted, segmented emails to customers and prospects. Creating designed and branded emails is very easy to do. The import tool is easy to use, and having insights into our email sends is great to have.
What does the company not do well?
The customer support isn't the most timely to respond. The Nutshell CRM integration isn't where we need it. We actually don't like that we have to pay by the number of subscribers.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I wish we'd just spent more time mapping out the automation campaign capabilities beforehand to make sure it could do what we needed it to.
