What does the company do well? Customer service, Ease of use for the client who visits our website, notifications when someone is on the website and chatting, the ability of a robot to make suggestions to customers when we are away from our desk
What does the company not do well? Notifications from the application are not as infallible as expected. Existing chat notifications sometimes do not arrive, which forces me to obsessively update the application every minute.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? First of all, I see a product that makes you feel good and ready. I really like the chatbot (I have not used it yet, but I'll use it soon). You can collect data with a chatbot without forms. That's great!
