What does the company do well? Incredibly large set of applications. Everything from CRM and sales management to inventory and MRP in an application, in a database. Everything is extendable
What does the company not do well? Support is very hard to get these days. It used to be much better. It has become impossible to have support on the phone and requests for reactions are very slow.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? Updating to new versions is terribly painful. In fact, it is often easier to back up the functionality of the port in a new version to a previous version. The version of Odoo SaaS is not good. The couple approach is better
