What does the company do well?
It is easy to manage maintenance programs and track work orders. We use to review all building maintenance and scheduled contractors and suppliers.
What does the company not do well?
Setting up our MPulse system was not easy. At first, there were many bugs, the system did not work as well as we expected, and e-mail notifications did not work properly.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I wish they were closer to attend some conferences. I try to attend the line, but sometimes (in a person's office) I can not get away or I have to leave before it ends.
