What does the company do well?
Pushpay has allowed our organization to move towards this century. We are left behind and now we have the capabilities that younger generations seek in terms of interacting with our organization. From electronic donations to the development of a mobile application.
What does the company not do well?
We would love the possibility to update our application better from a mobile device. Currently the use of the web browser on a mobile device is extremely difficult. Even if we had the ability to send Push Notifications alone, it would be useful.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
In general, the experience has been positive. However, as we move forward, we now have specific articles on which we will ask when we consult with other companies to better meet our desired experience for users.
