What does the company do well?
Easy to create attractive questionnaires, templates. There is a mode for limited free use. There is a way to track the responses by email or other identifiers of each respondent. Technical support seems to be trying to be useful.
What does the company not do well?
It is still possible that the survey requirements still new and some more technical / robust ones are not possible yet, but it seems that this is constantly changing. A new feature that we needed is to launch it in a week! Seriously.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
There is no instant messaging / chat with technical support. Problems changing the password of the creator's account. Technical support is not effective to solve some basic and continuous problems.
