What does the company do well?
Buildium meets our property management and accounting needs without problems, including integration with third-party software. We use the online banking and inspection software that we offer. I love the most continuous updates and improvements.
What does the company not do well?
There is a bit of a learning curve if you are used to Windows-based programs, but once you become familiar with it, everything is easier. I would like more personalization of the reports that are offered and the possibility of creating new invoices or checks by copying an existing one.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
Some key functions are missing that require you to do more work. The biggest problem is having to manually code prepayments as prepaid rentals so they do not appear in the incorrect monthly reports.
