What does the company do well?
It is very intuitive to use. It can be ready and working immediately. It helps me practice law handling administrative tasks with ease. The customer service is fantastic.
What does the company not do well?
There is nothing that I do not like. I think the user has to commit to continuous learning because there is so much available. The best way to do it is to spend the first 10 minutes of each day learning something new.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I'm not a big fan of the new look and ease of use. I was used to the older design and I switched to the newer one when we had to change plans since our plan was being phased out. Some of the things I have used the most are harder to find and certain things are not so intuitive anymore.
