What does the company do well?
Their platform is very user friendly and makes it easy to set up and send emails. Their support is decent. They usually respond within 24 hours and are somewhat helpful.
What does the company not do well?
The success managers aren’t helpful at all, I haven’t had a good experience with the two that I’ve had. There are also basic functionalities within the platform that do not operate well. Those are highlighted below.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I wish I had known that the platform doesn’t support social sharing. There’s no easy way to set it up so people can share your emails on social, which is crucial for our business. I also wish I knew dynamic content doesn’t allow you to exclude lists of segments from viewing a section of an email. Lastly, I wish I knew about how limiting the email mobile optimization is. That has made our email layouts difficult to navigate.
