What does the company do well? I like it a lot because it taxes, sends automatic reminders, automated failed payment notifications, tracks memberships and inactive active states. I would like to be able to track approved users on Fastspring.
What does the company not do well? I am not convinced by the font size of the client URL ... it is small and therefore must be manually adjusted to the normal size each time I send a copy to a client. I do not understand reports on current subscriptions on the reports page.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? How easy it is to integrate, is efficient in handling payments, and the ability to accept payments from anywhere in the world, money vs value is very perfect and has a great quick response from the cs team.
