What does the company do well? Definitely worth it. So many great features that Real Geeks has and the community has been amazing with suggestions and support that you just do not see anywhere else. Everything you can want at a price that is hundreds of dollars less than other platforms that are not as good.
What does the company not do well? I really dislike the consumer side of the platform. The current website looks a little outdated. I also did not like that the site had very little capacity to customize the look to my liking.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? Send text and email notifications to your phone, but you can not reply to your messages unless you are signed in. You can not register the email responses you have made that have not been made from the CRM page.
