What does the company do well? My company has been using Grasshopper for a couple of years. In general, it is a great service, however, the customer service department never gets our system to work properly. There is literally one person with whom we work because she is the only one who does not fail our system.
What does the company not do well? The application itself is terrible. It never works correctly. More mistakes than I can even remember to list here. The biggest problems I have are audio problems when I use the Bluetooth headset, the application fails, the application does not load past calls / text messages / voice messages without killing the application and reopening, the call connection and the problems of disconnection with WiFi calls, and so on
