What does the company do well? There is much to like about Clio. Your customer care is first class and complete, time, billing, secure email, email deletion (to easily place emails on customer matters in Clio and free up space in the inbox)
What does the company not do well? It is not a decisive factor, but it is a strange thing not to make it more usable. In general, Clio is a fantastic program and I do not know how I would handle my practice without him. It is much better than everything else I have tried.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? It's fantastic since I have not had a single problem with Clio. I have used it for three years. My invoices look good and the time / activity record is impeccable, which helps me when I have to press to get paid. Trust accounting is redundant and airtight.
