They have great customer service, a lot of features, and the software is very user friendly for both the company and their clients.
What does the company not do well?
Lacking a few features such as mass marketing texts or emails, product purchasing, and seeing client notes at all times as opposed to looking up a specific appointment to see a note
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I believe I knew everything I needed to know, but didn’t realize how handy the lacking features would be.
